1. Interpretation
Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined below. Singular includes plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2. Definitions
- Client / User: Any individual or organization that creates an account or places an order on the Marketplace.
- Marketplace: The Blkbox Creative Marketplace web platform.
- Order: A request placed by a Client for creative services or ad deliverables.
- Creative Assets: Any creative files produced by BLKBOX, including videos, images, audio files, end cards, or related materials.
- Client Content: Materials provided by the Client, including logos, brand guidelines, legal text, reference creatives, and written instructions.
- Revision: A Client-requested modification to a Creative Asset within the allowed revision scope.
- Personal Data: Information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual.
3. Information We Collect
3.1. Information You Provide
When you use the Marketplace, we may collect:
- Account information (name, email address, company name)
- Order details (game/app name, creative requirements, formats, instructions)
- Client Content uploaded as part of an order
- Revision requests and feedback
- Communications with our support or production teams
3.2. Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect:
- Log data (IP address, browser type, device information)
- Usage data (pages viewed, actions taken within the Marketplace)
- Cookies or similar technologies used for authentication and platform functionality
3.3. Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). BLKBOX does not store or process full payment card details.
We may receive limited payment-related metadata, such as transaction IDs, payment status, and billing country, solely for accounting and support purposes.

5. Creative Assets & Ownership
- Clients retain ownership of their Client Content.
- Upon full payment and approval, Clients receive rights to use the final approved Creative Assets for their intended advertising and marketing purposes.
- Drafts, unapproved versions, or declined creatives may remain stored by BLKBOX for record-keeping, quality control, and legal purposes.
- Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, BLKBOX does not use Client Creative Assets for public marketing or portfolio purposes.
6. Data Storage & Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Role-based internal access controls
- Secure cloud infrastructure and monitoring
While we take appropriate measures to protect information, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to:
- Fulfill orders and provide the Marketplace services
- Maintain transaction and audit records
- Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Clients may request account deletion, subject to retention required for legal or financial compliance.

Depending on applicable law, Clients may have the right to:
